These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking with Rutherford’s Punting, you agree to these terms.

Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• Bookings can be made online through our booking portal or by phone
• You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or forfeiture of your booking

Cancellation Policy

Weather Policy

Tours operate in most weather conditions. However, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to adverse weather that may affect safety, including:

• High winds or storms
• Heavy rainfall or flooding
• Lightning or severe weather warnings
• Any conditions deemed unsafe by our team

In the event of a weather cancellation by Rutherford’s Punting, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Safety Requirements

The safety of our guests is our top priority. All guests must:

• Follow all instructions given by our professional punters
• Remain seated during the tour unless directed otherwise
• Keep hands and arms inside the punt at all times
• Not consume excessive alcohol before or during the tour
• Supervise children at all times

Life jackets are available upon request for all guests. We recommend life jackets for non-swimmers and young children.

Liability

Rutherford’s Punting takes all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety. However, punting is an outdoor activity and guests participate at their own risk. We are not liable for:

• Personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during tours
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
• Disappointment due to weather conditions or wildlife behaviour
